The Wolf family began investing, brokering, and developing real estate in Lima, Peru in the early 1960s. By 1970, evolving conditions in Peru prompted Enrique Wolf to relocate to Miami Beach, where he established Mazal Investments, a firm specializing in real estate investment and development.
Over several decades, Mr. Wolf earned a reputation as one of the region’s most prominent and respected developers, with a focus on commercial and residential projects across coastal Dade and Broward counties.

Mr. Ricardo Wolf represents the third generation of his family in the real estate industry, serving as both Broker and Managing Director at Wolf Real Estate Group. Established in 1970, this family-owned and operated firm has maintained a significant presence in the South Florida market.
As a life-long resident of coastal Miami-Dade County, Mr. Wolf has spent most of his life along coastal Miami-Dade. He is a proud graduate of North Miami's Junior & Senior High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami's School of Business in 1988.
Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 1992, Mr. Wolf has developed substantial expertise within the industry. His management of sales for prominent luxury new developments, facilitation of joint ventures, and participation in hundreds of transactions exceeding one billion in sales collectively attest to his professional proficiency and industry acumen.
Mr. Ricardo Wolf held the position of Director of Global Business Development at Property Markets Group in Miami, FL. In this capacity, he was instrumental in assessing both domestic and international market strategies related to the launch of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences in Downtown Miami.
Mr. Ricardo Wolf served as Sales Manager for Canvas, a new development in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. In this capacity, Mr. Wolf managed sales operations and played an integral role in the successful launch of this distinguished project.
Mr. Ricardo Wolf held the position of Sales Director for Paraiso at the Gansevoort South in Miami’s South Beach, where he delivered exceptional performance and set records in both sales velocity and price per square foot. He directed sales strategies for the condominium and condo hotel development, contributing significantly to the property's recognition as a major destination in Miami Beach, now known as 1 South Beach.
Mr. Ricardo Wolf played a key role in the launch of Paramount Bay, a luxury condominium development situated in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. His responsibilities encompassed sales, marketing, branding, and team development, all executed with a strategic focus on the luxury market segment. This project established new benchmarks for direct marketing to an upscale clientele.
Parc Central marked Mr. Wolf’s inaugural development project and served as the foundation for his accomplishments within the development sales sector. He attained both the highest price per square foot and the fastest sellout recorded in the City of Aventura. As a result of his effective management of Parc Central’s sales, Mr. Wolf was recognized among Ocean Drive’s 30 most successful real estate professionals, as published in the magazine’s 2006 Swimsuit Issue.
In addition to his extensive professional accomplishments, Mr. Ricardo Wolf is recognized as a published author and has been featured as an expert across various national media platforms. His perspectives and expertise on matters concerning South Florida and the real estate sector have appeared in numerous outlets, further reinforcing his status as a trusted authority within the industry.
In June 2021, Mr. Wolf was honored with the designation of Author by the esteemed Inman News organization. This distinction underscores his dedication to thought leadership and his continued contributions to real estate discourse.
